Om Shanti (Telugu: ఓం శాంతి) is a 2010 Telugu film directed by Prakash Dantuluri released on 13 January 2010.[1]. It stars Navdeep and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles, making it their third film together. Bindu Madhavi, Aditi Sharma, Nikhil Siddharth, and Madhavan play supporting roles. This film released with a lot of hype but failed to make a mark at the box office.

Prashanthi gives up her dreams for love, only to fall into abusive relationships first with her lecturer and later with her husband, Omkar, who pretends to support her but turns violent and manipulative. After enduring trauma, betrayal, and a heartbreaking miscarriage, she secretly strengthens herself, escapes his control, and rebuilds her life by starting a successful business. When Omkar's abuse becomes public and reaches court, she refuses divorce, not out of love, but to ensure no other woman suffers the same fate

A young man recovers from an accident and finds five people following him everywhere. When he confronts them, they tell him that they will leave him in peace once he fulfills their wishes. As he starts doing so, he learns why they are after him.

Om lives in Bombay, India, in a small apartment with mother and sister. Om and his mother are of very conservative taste, when it comes to wearing clothes, however, the sister is not. This gets her in trouble, and she is raped and killed. The police register this case as that of a suicide, and produce a note purportedly written by her that blames her mom and brother for her death. Om's girlfriend, Sandali, comes to know that his sister's death was a homicide, and this sets Om off in a wild rage to find out who the killer(s) are, and why they would commit this heinous crime; and the role of the police who claim that her death was a suicide
